Kulla Yoga Studio was born from a deeply personal belief: that yoga, practised with honesty and consistency, has the power to restore balance to the body, quiet the nervous system, and reconnect us to ourselves.
Founded by Kullathip — a Krabi local, certified yoga teacher, and lifelong student of the practice — the studio was created as a space where both locals and travellers could step away from the pace of daily life and return to what matters most: how you feel in your own body.
We offer a thoughtfully curated range of classes, from dynamic Ashtanga and Rocket Vinyasa to deeply restorative Yin, Back Care, Breathwork, and Sound Bath. Each session is guided with care, anatomical awareness, and a warm, inclusive spirit. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the very first time, or deepening a long-standing practice, you are welcome here exactly as you are.
“Move light. Breathe slow. Let the body find its way back to balance.”
Located within the serene grounds of Aonang Phu Pi Maan Resort, surrounded by Krabi’s iconic limestone cliffs and tropical landscape, Kulla Yoga is more than a studio — it is a sanctuary.
Kullathip’s journey into yoga began during her university years, when the practice became a quiet sanctuary — a space to reconnect her mind and body during a demanding chapter of life. What began as personal refuge gradually transformed into a calling to share.
In 2018, she completed a 200-hour Traditional Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at Adinath Yoga Ashram in Chiang Rai (WYA certified). Falling deeply in love with the precision and philosophy of Ashtanga Vinyasa, she returned the following year to complete a 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (YACEP) — a practice she has devoted herself to ever since.
Recognising that many students struggle with chronic pain rooted in body imbalance, Kullathip deepened her studies further, completing a 200-hour Bright Body Aligning Program (YACEP) — an evidence-informed approach drawing on anatomical, physiological, biomechanical, and myofascial principles. This training equipped her to guide students not only into physical alignment, but into a state of nervous system balance, cultivating body awareness and lasting wellbeing.
Her teaching philosophy is grounded in one word: moderation. She believes that healing begins the moment we recognise the power already within us — and that when we move light, breathe slow, and truly listen, the body knows how to restore itself.
