Kulla has been sharing yoga since 2018.
Kullathip's journey into yoga began during her university years, serving as a safe space for her to reconnect her mind and body.
Driven by her passion to explore this practice further, she decided to become a yoga teacher. In 2018, she completed a 200-hour Traditional Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at Adinath Yoga Ashram in Chiang Rai (WYA).
Falling in love with Ashtanga Yoga, she pursued and completed a 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (YACEP) the following year, which emphasized the wisdom behind this transformative practice.
Since then, she has devoted herself to this system as her personal practice.
After sharing yoga for years, Kullathip recognized that many individuals struggle with chronic pain due to body imbalances and stress. To address this, she enrolled in a 200-hour Bright Body Aligning Program (YACEP) Training course to gain insights into Upper and Lower Crossed Syndrome. This program covered sequences of movements informed by anatomical, physiological, biomechanical, and myofascial approaches, enabling individuals to enhance their mobility, relieves the pain. As a result, not only do they achieve physical alignment, but their nervous systems also reset to a state of balance (Sympathetic & Parasympathetic). This practice fosters body awareness, promoting mindfulness in daily life.
Her philosophy of everything in life is “Moderation”.Kullathip's passion lies in sharing and inspiring individuals to move “light”, breathe “slow” and deepen their connection to their bodies and minds to experience the holistic wellbeing. She believes this connection is the beginning of the healing process. When we recognize the healing power within ourselves, we can experience self-contentment and a peaceful mind.
After been sharing and teaching yoga in various studios, hotels, she decide to open her own space "Kulla Yoga Studio" as a hub for locals and travellers to come rest, reset and reconnect with their body & mind.
